I am a leadership coach, and founder of DaVinci Resources, a coaching and consulting company. DaVinci Resources offers coaching to leaders and teams to make the difficult possible. I specialize in coaching with individuals and organizations experiencing significant change and growth. My clients are smart and creative people willing to look with fresh eyes at their challenges and opportunities, and to take action based on their discoveries. As a result, they find that they are capable of accomplishing far greater things than they ever imagined. In addition to working with an organization’s leaders, I often work with their Board of Directors and employee teams. My strengths are in creating the kinds of rich and open conversations that expand perspectives and ideas, and then holding people accountable for taking bold action. My work gives me the opportunity to bring out the genius in my clients so they get to keep doing the work they are designed to do, and doing it more passionately and less effortfully than ever before.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and my coaching certification from the Newfield Network, a program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I hold a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coach Federation, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Virginia Commonwealth University, and am licensed as a clinical psychologist. In addition to coaching and consulting, I enjoy public speaking and teaching. Recent workshops include “Stay Fired Up Without Burning Out” and “Building a Strength-Based Organization.” I am on the faculty for The University of Texas at Dallas Executive Coaching Program and teach courses such as “Transformational Leadership” and “Emotional Intelligence” for the University of Phoenix. I currently serve as President of the Richmond Area Coaching Association (RACA), member of the ICF’s Research & Education committee, and as a member of National Association Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Richmond chapter Leadership Committee.
